Each studio construction we carry out is tailored to the client’s every need. In many cases we will work with a timber frame as this saves time and money. Our studio builders have developed an effective method of de-coupling the inner structure from the outer walls enabling a minimum loss of space. We can offer white room plastered walls with a hanging acoustic panels system, or alternatively, apply fabric throughout using a track system. The latter is incredibly quick and looks stunning. We would then typically use solid wood flooring to avoid the “pingy” acoustic that laminate flooring often produces.
In addition to our studio furniture service, we can also supply our own range of bespoke doors and windows, which are designed to conform to a wide range of dB ratings. Much of the studio construction can be done off-site in our workshops.
Each recording studio design considers the need for any cabling to allow easy access for future expansion. Our cabling systems are usually run in the floor traps.
All mechanical and electrical services are done within this framework to ensure neatness and efficiency. Fully qualified engineers always carry out the installations.
